Located just a 15-minute drive toward the north of Ubud lies Villa Bayad, a luxurious private villa that boasts four bedrooms and two swimming pools. The villa is within the evergreen rice fields, surrounded by a beautiful 8,000 sq.m. garden featuring waterfalls, lotus ponds, and beautiful, sweet-smelling flowers.

Guests experience the rare opportunity to sample and enjoy the real Bali experience; the existing tranquility is made possible by the surrounding nature, including the warm staff ready to serve the guests at any time. The center of Ubud is a 15-minute drive from the villa, where shops, restaurants, and art galleries delight holidaymakers.

The spacious and unique villa was designed by Popo Danes, a renowned architect in Southeast Asia. The villa’s layout of four bedrooms is intended to be separate, individual establishments from the main building. All the bedrooms and the main building are connected by pergolas that feature lovely flowers. Each of the four bedrooms provides spectacular views of rice fields and the sacred volcano that Bali is known for.

The unspoiled nature makes every guest experience extra special through the sloping terraces and a river that flows nearby. A leisure trek through the nearby vegetation that appears like a jungle takes you to the villa’s gate and lobby. Apart from lovely flowers, the garden also features fruit and palm trees, organic vegetables, and garden herbs professionally prepared and consumed at the villa.

Holidaymakers will appreciate the vast space of dining and living room areas. This space gives guests unrestricted access to the equally spacious veranda surrounded by beautiful flowers, layered fish ponds, and two bales that are otherwise very comfortable for relaxation while taking in the spectacular surrounding views.

A professional chef prepares meals in the villa’s well-equipped kitchen. Guests also have the option to prepare their meal if they so wish.
Located upstairs in the main building is the media room. It is an air-conditioned room with a mini library and high-quality audio/video equipment for your enjoyment.

All four bedrooms are air-conditioned. Two bedrooms share private dining and kitchen rooms with a springwater-treated plunge pool. Each of the bedrooms also features a well-furnished veranda, a fully equipped bathroom, and a small garden.

All bedrooms have cable TV, a DVD player, and high-quality beds dressed in high-quality linen. The four bedrooms are not only separate but are also designed differently. They are also named differently as Singaraja, Klungkung, Tenganan, and Ubud names that represent unique locations in Bali.

You will not only like the design of the 18 x 5-meter swimming pool but will also appreciate its spacious pool decks that feature sunshades and sunbeds. Guests can relax at a traditional bale that protrudes into a shaded swimming pool area.

The pool decks connect directly to a Teriyaki kitchen, complete with chairs and cafe tables. A perfect place to be in for some snacks, drinks, or poolside meals.

Villa Bayard’s spacious garden has Lotus ponds and waterfalls, a relaxing environment where guests can enjoy yoga classes.

The villa’s well-equipped gym is a valuable feature for health-conscious guests to keep up with exercise activities. Mountain bikes are also available for guests who want to feel the breeze and travel in slow motion to see and feel the beauty of Bali.
