The 21st annual Phuket Bike Week 2015 comes back with the theme ASEAN Ride Together during 11-19 April with more than 10,000 bikes from 30 countries. This time the event will be held alongside with Songkran on one of the most popular beaches in Phuket, Patong Beach.
Expected to be the biggest bike showcase in Asia, the Phuket Bike Week will be held in 2 sessions: 11-13 April on Patong Beach and 17-19 April in Phuket Town.
The six-day event will showcase custom, classic and vintage motorcycles as well as rare bikes from collections of celebrities and well-known people in Thailand. The fun will also include Miss Phuket Bike Week Contest, tattoo competition and presentation from bike clubs from several countries such as Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Turkey. There will be booths selling bike products and accessories as well.
Over 50,000 attendees are expected to join this event. Visitors can enjoy and participate in the bike parade through Phuket old town and Patong Beach. The bike event will also educate participants about bike safety and environmental conservation activities.
One of the highlights of the show that visitors should not miss are Gymkhana and stunt shows. Live entertainment and music on the beach party is another thing that will draw large attention from the people. There will be many famous names bands like Carabao and Hin Lek Fai joining The 21st annual Phuket Bike Week – ASEAN Ride Together.
