Description
A 5-bedroom luxury home, encased in two-storey-high glass walls, Villa Assava was designed to welcome the embrace of the natural beauty that surrounds it – a panorama that no artwork could replace. The lush foliage that covers the hill sway gently as the breeze from the sea brushes past their branches. Beyond the glimmering waters of the infinity pool, you can gaze out into the bay, rendered with vibrancy by the sun. And above the horizon, the sky spreads out in all its majesty while the clouds glide joyfully across its vast expanse.
This is the same picturesque view that will greet guests as they wake up on their beds in any of the two master suites. Both rooms come with ensuite bathrooms, flat screen TVs, and walk-in closets. Villa Assava also has two guest bedrooms on the main level where occupants will enjoy direct access to the pool area. The lower level houses a third bedroom, together with a gym and spa.
A pool-side sunken sala, with its foxy, velvet-red seats, presents a perfect spot for social activities and gatherings. The property also features a game area with a pool table, a library, a bar, barbecue grill, and a jacuzzi. Throughout the villa, guests will have access to high-speed wifi and high-quality sound system. Assava has its own private chef and serviced by a professionally-trained staff.
A central atrium holds the living area, the dining area, and the kitchen. Completely covered by glass, it deceptively portrays a wall-less room, seeming to erase the boundaries between the outside and the inside. The black and white look gives a modern flair to the interior, balanced by the unfailing rustic charm of wood elements. An optical illusion of crisscrossing vertical and horizontal lines conceal a floating staircase that connects the atrium’s two floors.
Villa Assava nestles on a hillside slope in the exclusive Bann Yamu estate, a walking distance from the beach and affording double views of Yamu and Phang Nga bay. Bars and restaurant are also just minutes away.
