Designed by architect Guy Morgan, the Villa was built originally to serve as a holiday getaway for two friends and their young families. Hence, it is no wonder that the villa is ideal for children of all ages, and their parents. The open living pavilions are exquisitely decorated with traditional art pieces. The pavilions feature an “alang-lang” thatched roofing and palimanan stone floors.
This five-bedroom residence offers two master bedroom suites and three guest bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate big families or groups. The two master bedrooms feature a sun terrace and a 12-meter plunge pool. Inside each of the two air-conditioned bedrooms is a canopied four poster king sized bed. From the extra long seat, guests can relax with a good book or watch movies or programs from the 29-inch plasma TV installed in each bedroom. On the other hand, the three guest bedrooms have twin beds that can be converted into a king-size bed. All bedrooms are fitted with ensuite garden bathrooms.
Villa Asta offers numerous entertainment options – from the TV room to the free-form swimming pool. The TV room is fitted with a comfortable cushioned bench and a lazy chair, both of which face the 48-inch satellite TV. For guests who wish to get some work done on the side, the room also doubles up as a study area with a computer and a printer.
For the kids, the villa has a game room where they can choose from a wide variety of gaming options – from table tennis to a pool table. The room also features a 52-inch TV with a DVD player and a computer with Internet access. The game room is also furnished with a kitchenette and a shower. Moreover, the villa features an outdoor grass court ideal for playing football, badminton, volleyball, and tennis.
Villa Asta is managed by a team of professionally trained staff. The staff members include a full-time villa manager, highly skilled chefs and butlers who serve snacks and drinks on a daily basis, a team of efficient security guards and a gardener. The villa offers a ten-passenger van for guests’ use. The van is available for use ten hours a day, with guests having to pay for extra hours and petrol. In addition, guests have a wide selection of spa treatments that they can avail at a corresponding cost.
