The Cotton villa is located in the Seminyak district. Known for being fancy, hip, and buzzing, this neighborhood of Bali is a perfect spot for anyone who likes to party while also having the opportunity to unwind on the beautiful beaches bordering the Indonesian Ocean. The villa is a vast property that will house large groups of families and friends for a private, exceptional stay at the center of active city life and a dreamy, luxurious setting.
Almost as big as three-quarters of an acre, the Cotton villa will not disappoint guests of all types with all kinds of interests. Conceived to be of everyone’s taste and needs, the estate is the perfect place to organize one-of-a-kind events and create lifelong memories. Everything you need to know about the villa is in its entrance, with stunning, impressive blue gates separating the outside world from the comfort and quiet of the imposing gardens.
Inspired by the great houses of the Caribbean, well-known architect Hetta Thyrne spared no expense to provide guests with a never-before-seen atmosphere that will make a lasting impression on guests and their friends alike. Separated into four pavilions, the villa offers the choice of several bedrooms. A two-story house with bedrooms, private bathrooms, and a separate plunge pool can accommodate guests who want some privacy in the tropical gardens. A short walk from the entertainment pavilion brings guests to another area with several indoor living quarters, including five bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and dressing rooms, libraries, TV, and audio facilities. Three bedrooms have interconnecting doors, leaving guests the freedom of making themselves entirely at home.

It is equipped with dining areas, a bar, a pool table, a mega flatscreen, etc. Ideal for parties in the evening with friends or to have the perfect amount of space to relax, guests will enjoy this unique atmosphere and its benefits. Stunning
We stayed for 7 nights during a family holiday (15 guests). The villa is spread across a vast plot with manicured gardens and a stunning pool. There was plenty of space for all 15 of us with numerous areas to sit and relax, sleep and eat.
The villa is truly beautiful and luxurious and yet it retains a cosy/homely feel which we absolutely loved. It felt like home away from home.
As a family of both old and young, we have stayed in many villas and hotels across the world and the cotton house rates as amongst one of the best. We had absolutely no issues with anything and were looked after very well by all the staff. Nothing was too much trouble.
The meals were excellent and special thanks go to chef who prepared some amazing dishes for us. We preferred to eat in as the food was so delicious. We are all vegetarian and some vegan, yet this was never a problem. We sampled a full range of cuisines, including traditional balinese, Italian, Mexican and lndian…. all superb. Chef makes the best mango salads!!
Our butler Comang (sorry if it’s spelt wrong) was both friendly and extremely helpful… and he makes great gin cocktails! We must say thanks to all the staff from the security, the always smiling driver, the lovely ladies who looked after us at breakfast and Meylani & Devi who managed the booking.
The location is great for being next to all the action of Seminyak, yet you feel completely relaxed and away from it all when inside the villa grounds.
We highly recommend the cotton house to anyone who’s looking for luxury combined with friendly and super efficient hospitality. It’s truly a beautiful place to stay and we are looking forward to returning in the future!
