Resting on the white sand beach of Lipa Noi, Villa Inasia is a vast beachfront vacation home comprised of two complete units: the Beachfront and Ocean View units. Both units are fully furnished with designer furniture and Thai decor, creating a peaceful atmosphere and an incredible luxury travel experience.
The beachfront unit incorporates two master bedrooms and two guest rooms across three of its five deluxe pavilions. One master bedroom has a magnificent ocean view and a luxurious bathroom with a bathtub/shower that mysteriously leads to a private zen garden. Another master bedroom is over two levels with its elegant four-poster bed and ensuite on the upper level and an entertainment room on the lower level. Both guest rooms include a garden view and an ensuite bathroom.
A luxury living room with large comfortable sofas, flatscreen TV, and large sliding glass doors adorns the fourth pavilion and an impressive 2.5-meter Buddha statue, tastefully displaying the property’s Asian spirit. Villa Inasia’s Beachfront unit houses a chic kitchen and dining area in the fifth pavilion. All common areas flawlessly overlook the gorgeous infinity pool, a white sand beach, and the famous Five Islands Beach.
You will find three spacious bedrooms in the Ocean View unit, each with an ensuite bathroom and king-size bed; further, there is an additional room ideal for nannies or children. The master bedroom is on the upper floor and has a balcony with a splendid ocean view.
The Ocean View unit’s common area is located on the second floor, encompassing a stylish living room, fully-equipped kitchen, and dining room, leading towards a terrace that perfectly overlooks the infinity pool and sala.

Food made it perfect!
The staff at Inasia made us feel welcome and attended every need. They made a huge difference to our experience. All meals were fresh and delicious. The property is well maintained, spacious for large groups and absolutely oceanfront but far from main attractions.
AMAZING EXPERIENCE!
From the minute we arrived to the minute we left this was an amazing experience. All of the five staff were so attentive – they knew our names and our preferences.
The food was amazing. We didn’t bother to eat dinner out as we knew we wouldn’t get better than what chef was cooking for us. Definitely recommend the beachside BBQ too. Our kids went between the pool, the beach, and the sea all day long and loved the kayaks. The property manager Jee was amazing – she worked so hard and was super quick for all our requests. If we ever have a big group holiday to Koh Samui again I would book villa Inasia again for sure!
A perfect getaway
We came as a group of 15. Everybody was having a fantastic time at the villa. We really hope we can visit again sometimes in the future. The place was secluded, quiet and very private just like how we want it to be.
Rung and others gave exceptional services and kept the place nice and tidy. They were very attentive and friendly and made us all feel like staying at home. We really enjoyed our little dinners at the beach with the sunset everyday when we were there.
