Description
Villa Issi is a majestic four-bedroom villa situated in Seminyak, Bali, Indonesia. The sacred Petitenget Temple and Seminyak Beach are both a short walking distance away from the villa and so is the famous Ku De Ta dining venue. About 12.5 km away from the villa is Denpasar Airport while Echo Beach is about 11.5 km away.
Villa Issi is situated very near some of the region’s best restaurants including La Lucciola restaurant, Oberai, and Legian. The villa features a barbecue area that overlooks the beautifully manicured garden and a 25-meter outdoor pool. A guest pavilion is also available in the Villa and so is a gym that is located within the garden premises.
Indonesian architect Budi Pradono is the genius behind the majestic beachfront haven of Villa Issi. Combining contemporary design infused with tropical lifestyle, the architect successfully created a masterpiece in this villa making use of innovative and unique metal skin that also serves as an art piece. The primary function of this metallic skin that covers the two top floors of the villa’s main building is to provide shade and keep the rooms cool. Inside, guests will find exquisite pieces of art specifically commissioned for the villa.
A master and a study bedroom are located on the top two floors of the main building while the other two bedrooms are located at the guest pavilion. The master bedroom is fitted with a large gray terrazzo, a king-size bed, and an ensuite bathroom. The study room, on the other hand, boasts of a large executive desk, a walk-in wardrobe, and an ensuite bathroom. All the bedrooms at the guest pavilion are ideal for couples as they feature romantic bathtubs for two and a terrace with a scenic view.
A stylish monochrome lounge fitted with a 55-inch television screen is just one of the many facilities Villa Issi offers. There are comfortable sofas and ottomans, various artworks, a DVD player, an iPod dock, and a Bose surround sound system inside this inviting lounge. Just above the 25-meter pool is a bridge deck furnished with a beanbag while the fully-equipped gym that is located in the garden features a shower room, an iPod dock, and a 32-inch television.
What makes Villa Issi extra special is the fact that it offers housekeeping services at no extra cost to the guests. The villa can also arrange for a car and driver that guests can use during their stay. Additionally, a masseuse or a spa therapist may be availed for an extra fee. Guests with children can request full-time babysitting services with a corresponding extra charge. The villa employs a dedicated and hardworking staff that includes a villa manager, butlers, security guards, housekeepers, and garden and pool maintenance crews.
