Description
From the air, Villa Spice is a smart-looking modern structure amidst a forested setting. Despite being 3 storeys high, its deck-style design gives it a sleek horizontal profile. The upper level is a clever patchwork of pebblestone flat roofs which not only gives character to the villa but helps in keeping the interior cool and comfortable. While natural stones cover much of upper levels, the next floor is dominated by water in the form of a 20-meter long infinity pool gazing out into the marvelous landscape of Koh Samui’s Northwest. Lastly, the base of the villa is a vibrant green lawn where guests can enjoy outdoor activities under the sun.
Villa Spice is embraced by the serenity of Koh Samui’s lush inland hills, an area covered by untouched tropical vegetation, hidden waterfalls, and a rich variety of bird species. At such an impressive height, it looks down on the glorious landscape of Koh Samui’s entire northwest, a verdant expanse stretching 5 kilometers from the villa all the way to the coast. Along the shoreline, the greenery of the island meets the waters of the Thailand Gulf where the Ang Thong National park lies visibly as well as the western face of the Thai mainland.
The center of the villa is the pool level which houses the living and dining room with an entire wall section that opens out into the pool and the stunning sky and seascape. One of the highlights of the room is its sunken living area covered by handsome royal blue cushions; while a glossy-black kitchen island adds a touch of sophistication to the clean-white minimalist interior. Guests can choose to enjoy a meal at the comforts of the dining area with fabulous dishes all prepared by the villa’s private chef. And if outdoor dining is the preference, a poolside pavilion offers a second dining area with barbecue facilities and lounge area.
The indoor amenities waiting inside the villa are just as extravagant including a state-of-the-art home theater replete with stylish sofa beds, widescreen, and projector. Guests may also enjoy the villa’s fully equipped gym and spa room. The bedrooms are designed to provide complete comfort having their own ensuite bathrooms and flat-screen TVs, and their share of breathtaking views. For families with kids, Villa Spice comes with a wonderful kids room furnished with a double deck bed and other kiddie pleasures. A spectacular bedroom is found on the lowest level, a two-storey-high enclosure encased in glass and filled with lavish amenities including its own loft with lounge area.
The lovely Naithon beach is a short 15-minutes as well as Bang Po and Lipa Noi. For sports and entertainment, the trendy Nikki Beach Club and the Santiburi Golf Club are waiting just nearby.
