Villa Vikasa is a 5-bedroom luxury villa on Phuket’s Eastern coast. It is built on 4,865 sqm of beachfront land, overlooking Phang Nga Bay and the Andaman Sea beyond.
From the property’s entrance, a series of stone steps cutting through a lush tropical garden leads you to the villa’s main doors. Upon entering the building, you are immediately greeted by the view of Phang Nga Bay, perfectly framed by the hall’s pentagonal profile. You will find a lovely dining table and a living area, generously furnished with soft, comfortable sofas. The clean, minimalist design and the light, breezy colors of the place create a warm, inviting atmosphere that will instantly wrap you. The impressive vaulted ceiling gives extra vertical space to the interior, and the chandeliers that hang from it adds a stylish touch to the room.
Seen from above, Villa Vikasa is one display of architectural beauty, a flat deck with an iconic Thai-style roof as its crown. In Sanskrit, Vikasa means “radiance,” a word that accurately describes the daily spectacle: when the property is slowly unveiled by the light of the dawning sun.
The villa has a total of 5 bedrooms, each having its own ensuite bathroom. One of the rooms is constructed as a separate bungalow just a few meters from the main house and offers an even closer view of the bay. A 25m-long infinity pool spreads across almost the property’s entire width, and a garden stretches all the way to the beach end of the estate. The villa also features an outdoor dining area and sala, a poolside bar, a Jacuzzi, a football net, kayaks, and an entertainment room with a pool table, ping-pong table, Xbox, board games, and Apple TV.
Villa Vikasa is located in the exclusive Cape Yamu estate. Four professionally-trained staff which includes a private chef are ready to serve its guests.

Unforgettable Time!
Thank you for the unforgettable time here! We were well fed and well taken cared of. A 6-star hotel service! We feel very much at home here. Thank you very much for accommodating our food/meal requests, making dinner or recipes I found on the web. My favorite was the blueberry cheesecake and the Hong Kong Pork Chop Rice. After two months of staying in this wonderful villa, it’s sad that it’s time to go. We hope to come back and do this all over again in the future. God bless and take care.

It did not disappoint
We came to Villa Vikasa for a relaxing break away from our busy working Singapore Life. It didn’t disappoint. Amazing attentive staff – Pom, Peaw, Nuya, Pon & Poht couldn’t do enough to make us feel at home & pampered. Food was first class, staff arranged a lovely birthday surprise of a huge balloon & signed card. Lovely touch. I think we have found our Phuket haven. We will be back.
Total relaxation
This is how to experience Thailand. This is an immaculately appointed secluded villa with amazing staff. The Villa has a number of zones for formal or informal entertaining and a luxurious pool area. We took our 4 year old who still describes this as his best holiday ever. The staff can arrange babysitting on request if required. Located within walking distance to the Como, Point Yamu resort, luxury dining, entertainment and spa options are also available. All our expectations were exceeded. We can’t wait to go back again.
Phuket Paradise
We enjoyed a sublime week of wonderful Thai hospitality. The location is second to none and the villa itself is absolutely beautiful. The staff were very warm and welcoming and the meals were delicious. Heaven.
Sheer secluded bliss! This is an exceptional property which totally exceeded our expectations. The villa is incredibly private yet spacious, with the highest quality furnishings and beautifully decorated with neutral, calming tones. The view from the front door, and almost every single room in the villa, is a knockout, we were in awe at the expanse of ocean before us. The multiple outdoor decked areas and the wet-edge pool ensured we were able to spread out and find our own space to relax and enjoy the sun.
I cannot speak highly enough of the staff, they were amazing! They were charming, friendly and so obliging of our requests. We were served with the most delicious Thai meals which completed our relaxing holiday experience. Being available day and night, the staff also discreetly ensured the villa was maintained to a spotless standard.
Words don’t do it justice!! This place is amazing!! You could not want anything more in a holiday! Luxury at its finest!! The staff were so friendly and accommodating, it was hard to leave them behind! I highly recommend this place!! A great place for a group of people or a number of families!! A very special place which holds great memories. I can’t wait to return
Bliss
This villa will well exceed your expectations! You’ll arrive as strangers to the welcome from the amazing and friendly staff, and leave feeling refreshed/ recharged and part of a new family! Have stayed twice at this villa with 2 completely different combinations of friends ( family friends with young child , and a group of girlfriends) In both visits the experience was absolutely out of this world. Location is private and great as away from the crowds and noise – but easy access should you wish to drag yourself away from the luxury & visit other areas for shopping, dinner, sightseeing etc. Do yourself a favour and make sure you take the van and driver service too- you won’t regret it. Will definitely be going back again!
Set on the hillside in Cape Yamu on the peaceful east coast of Phuket, Villa vikasa is a stunningly stylish five-bedroom haven with outstanding sea views. We have had the pleasure of staying here twice and both times were magical. The staff were very attentative, friendly and polite, nothing was too much trouble. The villa has been furnished to very high standards, with all your needs met.
A five-minute walk down the hill leads to a small beach.. Beyond the villa, Phuket’s best dining, spas, golf courses and west-coast beaches are all found within a 30-minute drive.
You will not be disappointed.
Absolute Bliss
We didn’t want to leave after staying 5x nights at this awesome villa.
The service was amazing, everything planned to perfection by staff that really knew how to look after us.
The meals were always delicious and timed to perfection.
The entire villa was very comfortable, and the location was so quiet with a very easy stroll to the ocean.
I walked every morning and the neighbourhood was very quiet and safe.
The highlights of our stay was the day trip out to some smaller islands and coming home after our adventures to enjoy an in-room massage.
There was nothing I could suggest to make our stay more enjoyable 😄😄😄😄😄😄
Fantastic accommodation
Our stay at Cape Yamu was one big dream. The accomodation, the view and above all the hospitality of the crew were in one word fantastic. Everything you need for a wonderful holiday is present. The pool is clean, big and warm. The beds are the best we have ever slepped in. The view from the deck is unbeatable. WiFi, Sonos, air-co all at high service in every room. And than the service. All wishes are appreciated. Great meals are served at different locations you may wish. Private driver available to take you to the great spots on the island (beaches, diving, golf, shopping). Massage on request available within 1 hour. We will visit for sure again in the future.
