Beautifully tucked in the exotic island of Seminyak Bali, Indonesia, Villa Windu Asri offers the perfect and unique blend of grandeur, romance, and history. The Villa is surrounded by chic lounges, fully-equipped spas, and popular nightspots, such as the famous Potato Head Beach Club.
The picturesque Legian Beach is only a short stroll away from the Villa. At the same time, Seminyak’s world-renowned restaurants, including Ku De Ta, Hu’u, Metis, and La Lucciola, are less than a kilometer away. The large swimming pool and lush tropical gardens can be seen from the Villa’s lobby as if they were designed to magnetize and invite visitors to stay longer and discover what the Villa can offer. To the west of the Villa are Bali’s scenic mountains and breathtaking rice terraces. In addition, the cultural town of Ubud is less than an hour’s drive from the Villa.
Inside this luxury villa are six large, beautifully decorated bedrooms, the interior of which is characterized by white stone colonnades, wood, and marble flooring, and a raffles-style design. The Raffles style design perfectly combines with modern contemporary technology to create an ambiance of grandeur and luxury reminiscent of a more elegant era in the historical past.
All six bedrooms are of the same size and feature the same high standards of comfort and relaxation. Two bedrooms can be found inside the poolside guest house, while the remaining four are located inside the main building. The bedrooms boast a 40-inch flat-screen TV, a DVD player, a safe, and access to a terrace or a balcony offering stunning outdoor views. Two bedrooms offer super king-size beds or twin single beds, while the four bedrooms feature the traditional four-poster beds.
The Windu Asri Villa offers an excellent selection of entertainment and dining facilities. An outdoor pavilion features a bar, lounges, ottomans, and plantation chairs, making for a perfect place to dine and wine with friends and family. The Villa offers an air-conditioned media room overlooking the swimming pool and garden for entertainment. Guests can choose from the alfresco poolside dining area and the self-contained indoor dining room that can comfortably accommodate 12 people in a formal setting. Additionally, a modern gourmet kitchen is located adjacent to the room. The Villa also features a five-burner barbecue found in the garden area, a 60-inch LED TV in the media room, and high-speed WiFI throughout the Villa.
Airport transfer services are offered to guests, and so are full laundry and dry cleaning services. For transportation needs, guests are a driver and a vehicle. The Villa’s six seasoned butlers provide housekeeping and waiter services. In addition to the butlers, the Villa’s staff also includes a gardener, a chef, a supervisor, a manager, and night security guards.

Marvelous
I went to Bali with family and friends this past month and what a wonderful experience it was! Windu Asri staff made arrangements for our ride from the airport to the Villa. Both drivers were very courteous and helpful. Wayan, who ended up being our driver on several excursions, spoke English very well and made our rides in Bali traffic much more interesting.
Our past midnight arrival at the Windu Asri Villa was nothing short of impressive. We were welcomed with beautiful leis and a most refreshing welcome beverage…it was like arriving in Hawaii! A spectacular midnight meal followed. Individual breakfast orders were taken (as it was after dinner each day) and we were given a brief tour of the Villa as we requested. All bedrooms were very spacious, beautifully-appointed, immaculate and most welcoming! I had a king-sized bed, a large dressing room with spacious closets and a safe. My bathroom was an outdoor one which was very private and attractively decorated with tropical plants. We went back to the villa each day with our rooms all cleaned and ready for us.
The staff, present 24/7, was very attentive to us all. Anik, the cook, made fabulously meals for us. We had the chance to cook with her as well. The kitchen was very clean! Every single staff member attended to our needs very promptly.
Windu Asri’s location is perfect. It is located on a quiet road, a short walk from the busy streets of Seminyak and its various restaurants and boutique shops. It isn’t far from the beach by foot either.
It was a dream vacation! I will definitely stay at Windu Asri again! I’m hoping to plan a golf trip with friends in the coming year. Perfect place to stay and relax after rounds of golf!
A royal vacation stay!!!
My husband and I made the trip to Bali for the first time… we were very impressed by the set up of the luxury villa and exceptional service and hospitality extended to us by the staff (Anik, Madu, Dian…to name a few). They took care of our needs, made us all super comfortable and upon request, they were able to arrange for taxi service, facilitated the booking of our golf tee times/club rentals as needed; even prepared a delightful fruit shake and packed sandwich to take to my golf trip. The staff way exceeded our expectations.
The villa is beautifully decorated and the atmosphere made us feel very serene and provided for a much deserved vacation relaxation. Loved being spoiled by the yummy breakfast and excellent coffee/fresh juices served at the alfresco dining area in the poolside pavilion where our group gathered to enjoy breakfast. Villa Asri’s location is perfect…a 10 minute scenic walk to Petitenget beach along a road lined with numerous cute shops. If you are looking for a unique and fun activity, we signed up for a local market tour and Balinese cooking class that ended in a multi-course meal.
All these made for an unforgettable, very relaxing first time experience in Bali highlighted by our stay at Villa Asri.
Highly recommend staying at this villa. We will definitely plan to be back!
